The Christopher Hotel, Bar and Grill is a former Coaching Inn dating back to 1711 and recently modernised to a high standard.

Situated in the heart of Eton and surrounded by Antique Shops, Art Galleries, Bars and Restaurants and close to the world famous Eton College.

Eton is separated from Royal Windsor by a pedestrian bridge over the River Thames and the hotel is therefore ideal for visiting Windsor Castle, Legoland and the many other attractions that Windsor has to offer.

Our hotel in Eton is ideal for both leisure and business visitors. There is a choice of 34 well appointed rooms ranging from Junior Suites, Family Rooms Double bedded rooms and deluxe Singles.

Rooms at our hotel in Windsor have a clean and simple design and are equipped with the latest technology and home comforts. Each room has high-speed internet access, laptop safes, power showers and some have full air-conditioning.

Many of our rooms are suitable for families and have either a sofa bed or space for extra beds.

The Christopher Hotel's Bar and Grill offers guests excellent dining in an informal environment.

Our Bar and Grill is one of the best places in Eton and Windsor for guests to experience classic yet innovative English cuisine spiced with Moroccan dishes or just unwind with a relaxing drink.

A full range of snacks is available throughout the day as well as a full English Afternoon Tea.

The menu can also be enjoyed on our garden Terrace all day and evenings, with its seductive lighting and electric heaters.

Road Directions

From M4 Exit Jct 5 signed to Slough East, Colnbrook & Eton B470. At roundabout below take second exit B470 to Datchet & Eton.

Turn right in Datchet & Continue straight over mini-roundabout through village towards Slough. 300 metres beyond the village green turn left to Eton.

You are now in Pococks Lane; turn left at the mini-roundabout into Eton. Follow road through 1 set of traffic lights, the hotel is on the right hand side of the High Street before you reach the one-way system.

Public Transport Directions

From Windsor & Eton Central - 5 minutes walk

Follow pedestrian signs to Eton & the River Thames. Cross bridge & follow Eton High Street. The Hotel is on your left just past the end of the one way system.
