• Wedding and Party Accommodation Service

If you are planning a wedding or party and need somewhere for your guests to stay simple register your event with the Accommodation team at The Windsor Information Centre and you will be given a unique code for your guests to quote when calling to book. There is a wide range of quality assured accommodation from family-run B&Bs to luxury hotels and because our staff know the area and properties well you can be assured that everyone will be looked after. • Special Event Accommodation Portal

For events and conferences the Royal Windsor Information Centre provides an online portal service where delegates can be provided with an accommodation booking code which allows them access to pre-allocated rooms with guarranteed availability.  For event organisers this service allows for the comprehensive provision of negotiated rates to delegates as well as the ability to keep track of room uptake.
