Whether you are looking for a boardroom for four people, a residential conference for 200 or just overnight accommodation for visiting business colleagues.

If you are planning a wedding or party and need somewhere for your guests to stay simple register your event with the Accommodation team at The Windsor Information Centre and you will be given a unique code for your guests to quote when calling to book. There is a wide range of quality assured accommodation from family-run B&Bs to luxury hotels and because our staff know the area and properties well you can be assured that everyone will be looked after. Best of all you can relax and leave all your accommodation requirements to the experts and get on with the task of planning your big day!

For events and conferences the Royal Windsor Information Centre provides an online portal service where delegates can be provided with an accommodation booking code which allows them access to pre-allocated rooms with guarranteed availability.  For event organisers this service allows for the comprehensive provision of negotiated rates to delegates as well as the ability to keep track of room uptake.
