Each year we run familiarisation weekends for group travel organisers.  It’s our opportunity to showcase the destination and give you some great ideas for your future trips!  This year's fam trips will take place 22-24 April and 23-25 September 2010.

The 2-night visits typically last from Thursday evening until Saturday afternoon and take in the historic sights and leisure activities of the area.  Here is a weekend’s sample itinerary:

Thursday  
2pm onwards  Arrive at local hotel
7pm  Welcome Drinks Reception
7.30pm  Dinner

Friday
10am to 12 noon  Windsor Castle
12.15pm to 1pm  City Sightseeing Open Top Bus Tour
1.30pm to 5.30pm  Ascot Racecourse including lunch
7.30pm  Dinner at restaurant in Windsor

 Saturday
10.30am to 11.30am  Guided walking tour of Windsor
11.45am to 2.15pm  Lunch Cruise on the Thames with French  Brothers Boats
2.45pm to 4pm  Tour of Eton College

For £100 per person (2010 rates) you receive:

·  2-nights’ accommodation in a local hotel (price based on two people sharing double/twin room)
·  entry to all events/attractions
·  All main meals
·  Inclusive coach transport for the weekend
