Saturday 7th March and Saturday 10th October 2009: The Royal Windsor Tour. Enjoy tales of Kings and Queens who lived in the Castle on our tour through historic Windsor.
Saturday 11th April 2009: Windsor Bricks and Mortar. Windsor’s architecture, from Norman times until the present. An insight into the town’s planning and heritage.
Saturday 9th May 2009: Tales of Historic Inns and Watering Holes. See the inn where Shakespeare wrote ‘The Merry Wives of Windsor’ and other historic watering holes.
Saturday 30th May 2009: School Half Term and Saturday 11th July 2009: The U-Spy Tour. A tour especially for accompanied children with a fun quiz for under 12s, young detectives welcome (under 14s free).
Saturday 13th June 2009: Eton and Riverside Walk. Walk to Eton College and learn about its history. Return to Windsor enjoying lovely Castle views along the Thames.
Saturdays 20th and 27th June, 4th July: Special walks to celebrate the 500th anniversary of Henry VIII's accession to the throne.
Saturday 8th August 2009: The Victorian Tour. Explore Royal Windsor’s fascinating Victorian past.
Saturday 12th September: Romney Lock and The Home Park. Enjoy a walk along the Thames and into the Home Park.
