Create your own Christmas wreath and learn festive tips from Coworth Park's executive chef

Coworth Park are delighted to host a very special speaker event this season, as they welcome Sue Barnes, managing director at Lavender Green Flowers, and their own executive chef, Adam Smith.

In the morning, Sue will share her 25 years’ floristry experience for a wreath-making workshop, giving you the chance to shape beautiful blooms into your own festive masterpiece. Then in the afternoon, it’s time for lunch with executive chef Adam Smith. Fresh from achieving his first Michelin star and Master of Culinary Arts honour, he will share his remarkable story and reveal his top culinary tips for the festive season.

Wreath-making masterclass (optional) – 10am–12pm

Champagne reception and three-course lunch – From 12pm

Please note, the morning masterclass is optional. Price including masterclass is £140 per person (includes tea and coffee, mince pies, 14” wreath, all decorations and ribbons)
