Ascot Racecourse Discover Racehorse Ownership Weekend

About

Whether you want to join liked minded racing people through shared ownership or go it alone, the experience of ownership offers unrivalled excitement and opportunity to get closer to the sport itself. The Discover Racehorse Ownership Weekend offers a unique opportunity to go behind the scenes and gain fascinating insight into what it’s like to be an owner of an equine star.

With free entry on the Friday, both days feature high-class, competitive Jumps racing, with a pair of Grade 2 contests on the Saturday in the Coral Hurdle and Amlin 1965 Chase. Away from all the excitement on the track will be a host of activities designed to enhance your understanding of the sport and help you make the first step into racehorse ownership. You will also be able to find out more about the wider world of ownership and racing, through the Retraining of Racehorses (RoR), the dedicated charity for the welfare of horses who have retired from racing.

Thrilling racing and the chance to take your first steps into racehorse ownership combine to guarantee a memorable start to the weekend at Ascot.
