The UK’s number one award winning tribute to The Four Tops and The Temptations perform at Norden Farm Centre for the Arts. Soul Kinda Wonderful is on Saturday 27 May at 8pm. Tickets are £20.

The quartet features Richie Sampson, formerly in The Drifters. They breathe new life into well-known songs. They include Saturday Night at the Movies, Under the Boardwalk and Stand by Me.

Expect three separate shows in one as the set includes Motown from The Four Tops, The Temptations, plus 70s disco classic such as Disco Inferno and Love Train.

With over a decade of experience of playing together, Soul Kinda Wonderful rekindle the magic in classic songs. The songs are guaranteed to get the audience dancing with well-known lyrics, enticing rhythms and nostalgic memories.

Richie Sampson is the founder of the group drawing from years of experience, performing with the likes of The Drifters members Billy Lewis, Roy G Hemmings, Peter Lamar and Butch Leake. He is also the frontman of the British soul group The Foundations.

Paul Anthony and Roy Bailey join Ritchie on stage with a history of their own. They also have experience with The Drifters, playing alongside the legendary Ray Lewis. The last member, Victor Alexander is a soul giant who performed for Johnny Johnson and the irrepressible Mark Morrison.

The group have won at The National Tribute Awards in 2013, 2016 and 2017. They have also played for celebrities such as David Beckham, Sir Alex Ferguson, Rio Ferdinand and Sir Trevor McDonald.
