Stubbings House Garden opening to raise funds for National Garden Scheme nursing and health charities.

Parkland garden accessed via adjacent retail nursery. Set around C18 house (not open), home to Queen Wilhelmina of Netherlands in WW2. Large lawn with ha-ha and woodland walks. Notable trees incl historic cedars and araucaria. March brings an abundance of daffodils and in May a 60 metre wall of wisteria.

Attractions incl a C18 icehouse and access to adjacent NT woodland.

Saturday 17 March (10am - 4pm), Sunday 18 March (10.30am - 3pm), Saturday 26 May (10am - 4pm), Sunday 27 May, Monday 28 May (10.30am - 3pm). Admission £4.00, children free. We regret that this garden is not opening Saturday 5 May, Sunday 6 May, Monday 7 May.

Visitors also welcome by arrangement March to September for groups of 10-20. Admission £4.00, children free.
