Woodland Beginner Yoga & Meditation Block course for adults who are new or would like to refresh their Yoga & Meditation practice. This connection with nature has been shown to have a strong link to good levels of mental well being and this course will give you techniques and exercises you can also do at home to help de-stress and feel more relaxed and at one with your environment.
