The City Sightseeing open top double decker bus tour tour of Windsor & Eton is the most convenient fun and interesting way to explore this wonderful area. The circular tour route lasts for 45 minutes with English commentary, although tickets are valid for 24 hours allowing visitors to get on and off the bus at the 11 hop-on-hop-off stops that are of interest along the route.

2012: The Windsor tour is now all year round with a 60 minute service operating from 2 January to 30 March between 10:30 and 15:30, 31 March to 31 May is a 30 minute service between 10:30 and 16:00, 1 June to 30 September a 20 minute service between 10:00 and 17:00, 1 October to 31 October a 30 minute service between 10:30 and 16:00 and 1 November to 31 December a 60 minute service between 10:30 and 15:30.

Tours begin outside the Castle, by Queen Victoria Statue. Buying tickets is easy, either purchase in advance on line or from any City Sightseeing Windsor & Eton bus driver.
