Concierge is a new service offered by the Royal Windsor Information Centre, working in partnership with local hotels and guest accommodation providers. 

The service means you are now able to choose from a wide range of hotel and ticket packages.  So if you are looking to attend an event – for example Royal Ascot or Windsor Castle Royal Tattoo – or take advantage of the many attractions on offer in the area, then look out for the Concierge logo.

Tickets booked in advance will be waiting for you at your chosen hotel or B&B.  Or you can collect tickets in person from the Royal Windsor Information Centre (open 7 days a week).
