Welcome to the accommodation booking section for events taking place in and around the Royal Borough (see list below).

Whatever your reason for visiting, accommodation is always in high demand in the area and your event organiser has arranged this service to help you plan your stay.

To make your booking online you will need the unique reference code that you will have been given by the event organiser.  This web site gives you the opportunity to choose from a variety of hotels within close proximity of the venue, many offering special rates.

In order to offer a wide variety of places to stay in the Windsor area – hotels, guest houses and B&Bs – EACTS has asked the Royal Windsor Information Centre (Tourism Office) to help you find your accommodation.  Windsor can often be extremely busy and we advise that once you have made the decision to attend the conference that you book somewhere to stay as soon as possible.

Simply contact the Royal Windsor Information Centre and they will endeavour to locate accommodation for you that meets the criteria that you set.  Click here to contact them.  There is normally a charge for this specialist service but for delegates attending EACTS courses it is free.  Please quote EACTS to avoid any booking charges.
