A vacancy has arisen for a Bookings Coordinator to help our customers with their bookings that are made over the phone, in person and by email.

We have a busy and lively office and strive to give our customers as much support and information as they need, so need somebody who is a good listener, who is able to process information and transfer that information to our online booking system.  In addition to processing bookings the Bookings Coordinator will account manage our large school bookings, administrate all of our activity clubs and with the existing Bookings Coordinator provide office cover 7-days a week, so alternate weekend and evening cover will be required, particularly in our busy months over the summer.

Our ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, have good organisational skills – in particular an eye for detail and be able to work a flexible week.
