It has been agreed that only those Blue Badge Tourist Guides with the 2012 venues accreditation will be allowed to visit Dorney Lake by coach in the run up to the Olympic Games. Below you will find all the necessary information needed to organise a group visit to the rowing lake.
In order to arrange a visit these are the conditions which need to be met:
1) Healthy and Safety issues - all persons will visit at their own risk.
2) Amanda Bryett will represent the Blue Badge 2012 Committee and all requests for a coach visit should be sent by email to Dorney Lake contacts and cc Amanda Bryett. These should ideally be at least one week in advance:

3) Dorney Lake will have a list of 2012 venues accredited guides.
4) The following information will be required in advance by EMAIL:
Date
Guide's name
Coach Company
Number of people
Approx time of arrival and departure
(These details will be checked by security on arrival).
5) Venue and meals can be booked, these requests will need to be channelled through the Dorney Lake team:

6) The facility will be closed to the public on various dates throughout the year. There will be NO ADMITTANCE on these days.
7) It is requested that no close up photos are taken of any rowers: Eton College train here 6 days per week during term time.
8) There will be a programme of building works up to 2012. Then from 1 February 2012 until 30 November 2012 (build followed by knock down) - there will be NO ACCESS for coach parking.
