For some teams already meeting in Windsor, the brief is simply time together: a change of setting, space for reflection and conversation, and the opportunity to enjoy one another’s company beyond the day’s meetings. Others ask the team to plan the whole Windsor occasion, from client entertaining and executive recognition to privately hosted group visits and structured leadership programmes.

Every occasion is privately commissioned, with the horses, historic carriages and professional team brought into Windsor especially for your event. Travel advisors, concierge teams and event organisers can commission the carriage chapter within a wider programme they arrange.

Time Together, Thoughtfully Hosted

Whether arranged around an existing meeting or planned as a complete Windsor day, each visit brings people together through the Estate’s landscapes, carriage traditions and personal hosting. Carriage travel, local guiding, refreshments and lunch can be coordinated around your guests and schedule, with the programme agreed in advance.

Windsor Carriages welcomes organised groups of up to 96 guests. Multiple carriages can form part of a coordinated programme, with guests participating in smaller groups alongside guiding, hospitality and other agreed arrangements.

Harnessing Success: Leadership with Working Horses

Harnessing Success is a structured leadership programme for boards, senior leadership teams and organisations exploring how they communicate, build trust and work together. It can form part of an existing meeting or retreat in Windsor, or sit at the heart of a programme arranged around your organisation.

Led by Rebecca Seear, whose experience spans corporate leadership and Windsor’s working carriage trade, the programme brings participants together with horses and professional coachmen. Ground-based interaction and carriage-led sessions provide opportunities to explore clarity, consistency, judgement and shared responsibility in a working environment where cooperation matters.

Facilitated discussion and reflection connect those encounters to your organisation’s objectives and everyday working relationships. The programme is shaped around your leadership priorities, venue and participant numbers. Any hands-on interaction or opportunity to take the reins is considered individually, professionally supervised and agreed during planning.
