Alex’s signature tasting menu is inspired by classic flavours and seasonal ingredients, harmonised by modern techniques. Having worked for several renowned chefs including Heston Blumenthal and Gordon Ramsay, he expresses his passion for food through his enthusiasm, creativity and theatre.

Awarded a Michelin star and 5 AA Rosettes, Latymer is a fine dining restaurant. Eat your way through the famous Discovery tasting menu, skillfully crafted by Head Chef Steve Smith and his team. Expect six delectable courses plus snacks on the dinner menu, four at lunch, each one crafted to perfection with the very best sustainably sourced and seasonal ingredients.
