Dating back to the 16th century, the hotel is in a prime location for exploring Windsor. Easily accessible for delegates, the hotel offers 10 flexible and fully equipped meeting rooms, accommodating between 4 and 400 delegates.

The grand Windsor Suite is the largest ballroom in Windsor, and fully air conditioned, hosting up to 400 guests in theatre style, and 300 in banquet. Soak in the gorgeous Georgian charm with our high-vaulted ceilings and a stylish built-in bar and stage. With dedicated events coordinators, adjacent rooms, a flowing pantry for coffee and soft drinks, and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi – plus full air conditioning – it’s the perfect place to bring people together. Whether you are planning a multi-day conference, team training day, company workshop, or a staff meeting, there is a meeting room at the Castle Hotel Windsor to suit.

The hotel hosts 108 boutique bedrooms all offering a range of luxury amenities including bath robes, slippers and complimentary water to ensure delegates have a good night’s sleep.

Road Directions

Via the M4, exit at Junction 6 and take the A332 to Windsor. Continue past the turn for Town Centre then at the first large roundabout turn onto Clarence Road. Continue straight on through the sets of traffic lights and the roundabout, where you reach Victoria Street. Continue on to the T intersection then turn left onto Sheet Street and follow it around onto High Street and you will see the hotel on the left.
