Welcome Back! COVID statement

  • Following advice

We have been working with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and Windsor Castle to ensure that our team follows their advice.  We will also follow all national and international COVID recommendations as they evolve.

  • Social distancing

Our tour guiding system with disposable earphones (on request) will allow you to maintain social distancing while listening to your guide.

  • Book with confidence

Our flexible cancellation policy will reflect the UK Government’s and international governments’ travel advice.

  • Going forward

We have evolved to reflect the new environment and look forward to welcoming you back to our historic town respecting all of the latest scientific advice.

The Blue Badge is the highest level of guiding qualification in the UK – a bit like having a Michelin star – and we are mighty proud that all our guides have this well respected qualification.  It means not only do they know all their Kings and Queens but they have been extensively examined and can guide you and your clients safely across roads and ensure everyone in the group can see and hear.  Blue Badge tourist guides are also trained in guiding those with disabilities.

We look forward to safely welcoming you, your family/friends or your group in 2021:
