Enjoy a unique and memorable horse drawn carriage experience with Windsor Carriages, the last Hackney Carriage Company in England to have retained the 1654 Hackney Carriage license granted by Oliver Cromwell and still used on a horse drawn carriage to this day. In 1849, Queen Victoria, gave special permission for the horse drawn taxis to access the Castle grounds via The Long Walk and into Windsor Great Park, a stunning tour still available today.
