Tony Parkin at the Tudor Room, Great Fosters, Surrey

Tony Parkin at The Tudor Room is an intimate dining room with just eight tables.

Head Chef Tony Parkin prepares a contemporary tasting menu using seasonal ingredients, many of which are freshly picked from the kitchen garden on the estate each morning.

Awarded a coveted Michelin star in October 2019, The Tudor Room at Great Fosters, Surrey is an experience not to be missed.

Tony Parkin joined Great Fosters in April this year and is working alongside Executive Chef of the 4 Red Star Hotel, Rob Chasteauneuf. Reacting to the news, Tony Parkin, Head Chef of Tony Parkin at The Tudor Room, said: “I’m thrilled that The Tudor Room has been awarded a Michelin Star.   Serving delicious dishes to the hotel guests and visitors is a joy and I’m pleased that the hard work of the team has been recognised.”
