Whisky’s rich and complex character has long inspired Heston Blumenthal, influencing creations from Flaming Sorbet to iconic Whisky Gums. This passion for flavour makes Burns Night the perfect occasion to honour Scotland’s most celebrated spirit alongside tradition, storytelling and craft.
Join us on Sunday 25 January 2026 for an unforgettable evening dedicated to Scottish heritage and whisky excellence. The experience begins with an exclusive masterclass led by Jack Smith from The Macallan Distillery, offering insights into the artistry behind one of Scotland’s most iconic whiskies.
Following the masterclass, indulge in a five-course tasting menu featuring historic Scottish dishes reimagined by our chefs. Enhance your dining experience with an optional curated whisky pairing, served neat or as cocktails, or select a premium wine pairing for a different perspective.
Expect an immersive celebration of Scottish culture, complete with a traditional bagpiper and the ceremonial addressing to the haggis. To finish, savour an exclusive Macallan Whisky Gum, crafted by The Fat Duck team for this special occasion.
Limited spaces available – book early to enjoy exceptional food, discover the heritage of The Macallan and experience the warmth of true Scottish hospitality.
