The Fat Duck celebrates its 30th anniversary with the return of the à la carte menu for the first time in nearly 20 years.
From Wednesday 5 February 2025, alongside a new version of The Journey tasting menu, the seasonal à la carte menus will feature four starters, four mains, and a trio of desserts, including several of Heston’s most iconic dishes, which will be served for the final time at the restaurant.
