Maidenhead’s only purpose built entertainment venue which offers gigs, comedy, films and more! Norden Farm is a hidden gem, nestled in the middle of a residential neighbourhood in the Altwood / Boyn Hill area.
Catch big name comedians including Matt Forde, Lou Saunders, Mark Watson, Jo Caulfield and Helen Bauer. Not forgetting TV favourites, up and coming acts and the best of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
Music gigs include jazz, international blues artists on their UK tours, folk, bluegrass and world class tribute acts. The venue boasts a Steinway piano and often hosts award winning classical musicians.
The 200 seat cinema screens the best blockbusters, world cinema, documentary and art house films.
Every school holiday is filled with shows and family films. The Farm also hosts activity weeks during the summer holidays. There are also classes for young people, including Youth Theatre, Pre School classes Funky Monkey’s and Bring Baby Choir.
The chance to try something new or hone an existing skill isn’t just for kids, adults can make the most of regular and one off classes including yoga, zumba, acoustic guitar, tango, life drawing, book club, crafternoons, crochet and more!
The licensed Café Bar is open from 11am and you can take drinks into the cinema and shows. Pop in any time for coffee and cake; a glass of wine or treat yourself to something to eat from our seasonal menu.
Norden Farm is a unique venue for meetings, team building events or networking days. Spaces available to hire include the dynamic Courtyard Theatre (capacity up to 270) and beautiful Long Barn (capacity up to 100). The Sony 4K digital projector provides superior image and sound quality. Our wide range of services includes live transmission, making Norden Farm an exceptional choice for conferences.
The theatre and barn spaces are also perfect locations for celebrations such as weddings, christenings, anniversary dinners or family gatherings.
Opened in Autumn 2000, the name comes from the fact it is built on the site of an old dairy farm. The original Georgian farmhouse and barns have been incorporated into the award winning architecture, alongside a state of the art theatre, smaller studio theatre and art gallery.
Norden Farm is located on the west side of Maidenhead (near Altwood School and St Edmund Campion School). By road, follow the signs from the A4 to Norden Farm. There are more than 80 parking spaces available at Norden Farm. Please do not park in spaces reserved for disabled customers, or on the roads surrounding the venue as this is a residential area.

Thames Valley Buses operates an hourly bus service from the town centre to Wootton Way and back between 7.15am and 7.45pm (Route 3, weekend timetable varies). See here for more details.
Trains run regularly to Maidenhead from London Paddington and Reading – Norden Farm is a short taxi ride away from the station.
