Stand up comedian warms up for her tour at Norden Farm
Join Lou as she warms up for her UK tour. Lou Sanders: No Kissing in the Bingo Hall (tour warm up) is at Norden Farm Centre for the Arts on Saturday 11 January at 8pm. Tickets are £20.
No Kissing in the Bingo Hall is about being human – can you relate? Just like Tom Cruise does all his own stunts, she is going to do all her own jokes! A deep, dumb show for the masses.
Lou Sanders does comedy, acting and writing. She’s appeared numerous times on QI, a couple of times on Would I Lie to You and she’s also performed on BBC2’s Live at the Apollo once as a guest, and once as a host. In 2024 she was paired with Brendyn Hatfield for the sixteenth series of Dancing on Ice (ITV). She has also been a champion of Taskmaster (Channel 4), co-host of Mel Geidroyc’s Unforgivable (Dave) and as seen on The Late Show with James Corden (CBS).
As a writer, Lou wrote and starred in the short film Elderflower which co-starred Sheila Reid, Tom Rosenthal and Mike Wozniak. She has also written for 8 Out of 10 Cats, Mock the Week, Stand Up for the Week and Miranda Hart. She is currently writing some sitcoms.
Lou Sanders’ surrealist style and high-octane stage presence make her a joy to watch. Not to be missed in the Courtyard Theatre.
