A musical journey through children’s poetry – by local Slough author

A theatrical adaptation of the collection of children’s poems. Treasure Box Tales is at Curve Venue on Thursday 29 May at 2pm. Tickets are £12 | £10 under 16’s.

These charming and humorous children’s poems are written by Danielle Moubarak.

Join Pirate Robin, Creepy Little Spider, Magnificent Miss Mouse, The Bedtime Dinosaur and all their friends on a magical journey as they tell their tales through physical theatre and live animation with music.

Danielle Moubarak is based in Slough and is a children’s author, singer songwriter and artist. She trained at The London School of Musical Theatre after completing a foundation year of Theatre Arts. Danielle has an extensive experience in theatre, film and dance. She always had a dream to create a brand that sparks imagination and joy in children and in 2025, Treasure Box Tales won the award for Best Startup Business in Slough.

This homegrown production features several cast and crew members from Slough, making it a proud showcase of local talent. “I absolutely love crafting characters through whimsical poems and stories that bring my creative imagination to life,” says Danielle Moubarak.

Presented by Worldwide Entertainment, immerse yourself in a hilarious and exciting adventure on stage this May half term. Let your imagination take over with plenty of fun for all the family.
