For 10,950 mornings – or 30 years – the pursuit of better ingredients, better craftsmanship and better taste has been what gets us up in the morning.

It’s this pursuit that made two Danish bakers, Ole and Steen, wake up in the morning with the same vision all those years ago – to create a better bakery for all. Better morning coffee and weekend delights. Better lunches, treats and celebrations. How? By refining simple recipes, experimenting and serving the result in beautiful surroundings.

We’re so pleased to be able to bring the most authentically Danish baked goods to Windsor. Our bakeries showcase the best in craftsmanship – freshly baked products, made from scratch and baked fresh every morning. Our classic Danish pastries, cakes and irresistible artisanal breads, are available to our Windsor locals 7 days a week!

In addition to our breads and sweet treats, we also offer a selection of breakfasts, brunch and lunches, making Ole & Steen the perfect place to visit when looking to either catch up with friends or have your very own indulgent ‘Hygge’ moment.

Easter at Ole & Steen

The lighter, brighter days bring new optimism and many spend time with family with the Bank Holiday and Half Term breaks. Many celebrate this part of the year by indulging in Easter treats too. In some ways, Easter is another occasion where the Danish practice of ‘Hygge’ can be embraced once more; enjoying good things, with good people.

Hot Cross Bun: Available: 12.03 – 09.04. Classic Hot Cross Bun with candied peel, raisins and a hint of cardamom. £2.45 (Served hot with butter), or a bundle (x 4) £8.50.

Little Chicken Marshmallow Whip: Available: 19.03 – 09.04. Marzipan base filled with marshmallow and passionfruit ganache, covered in white chocolate and yellow coconut. £3.95.

Easter Social: Available: 26.03 – 01.04. Our Cinnamon Social has had an Easter upgrade - Topped with chocolate miniature eggs. £4.25/ 11.95/ 19.95.

Free Hot Cross Bun - buy any regular hot drink and get a Hot Cross Bun for free. Valid for 14 days from 19 March.

Bread - buy any load ready for the Bank Holiday Weekend and receive a free regular hot drink to enjoy with us on your way home. Valid for 7 days from 26 March.
