For 10,950 mornings – or 30 years – the pursuit of better ingredients, better craftsmanship and better taste has been what gets us up in the morning.

It’s this pursuit that made two Danish bakers, Ole and Steen, wake up in the morning with the same vision all those years ago – to create a better bakery for all. Better morning coffee and weekend delights. Better lunches, treats and celebrations. How? By refining simple recipes, experimenting and serving the result in beautiful surroundings.

We’re so pleased to be able to bring the most authentically Danish baked goods to Windsor. Our bakeries showcase the best in craftsmanship – freshly baked products, made from scratch and baked fresh every morning. Our classic Danish pastries, cakes and irresistible artisanal breads, are available to our Windsor locals 7 days a week!

In addition to our breads and sweet treats, we also offer a selection of breakfasts, brunch and lunches, making Ole & Steen the perfect place to visit when looking to either catch up with friends or have your very own indulgent ‘Hygge’ moment.

Sweet Treats & Festive Drinks - A Perfect Pairing

At the heart of our festive bakery is the Gingerbread Social - a celebration of spiced gingerbread butter and custard, topped with golden crumble, icing, and a little gold gingerbread man. Made for sharing, it’s the ultimate centrepiece for cosy seasonal gatherings.

Pair it with one of our gently spiced lattes - the Gingerbread Latte or Caramelised Almond Latte - both warm and full of festive flavour.

You’ll also find a mix of comforting favourites and new creations:
• Honey Heart - a Danish classic with soft gingerbread sponge, dark chocolate, and dried raspberries
• Crumble Mince Pies - filled with spiced mincemeat and topped with almond crumble, available individually or as a box of six
