It's time for the Braywick Nature Festival at Braywick Nature Centre: nature activities, DJs, licensed bar, veggie BBQ, cafe.

Enjoy your local nature reserve through field studies and forest school style activities.

Nature activities programme below. All activities are free, but Meadow Madness and Pond Dipping require pre-booking.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Pond Dipping - Come and discover the wonders of the pond and its creatures here at Braywick! We will be exploring this habitat with traditional pond dipping and Ranger guidance, and hopefully you and your children will find creatures you have never seen before! No experience needed, dress for the outdoors and all children must be accompanied by an adult. Best suited for 4-11 year olds but anyone is welcome!

No dogs allowed except assistance dogs. Pushchairs are welcome and the pond is wheelchair accessible.

Meadow Madness - Enjoy a minibeast hunt in our beautiful meadow, we will supply nets and bug pots - just bring yourself and lots of curiosity! No experience needed, dress for the outdoors and weather on the day and all children must be accompanied by an adult. Best suited for 4-11 year olds but anyone is welcome!

No dogs allowed except assistance dogs. Pushchairs are welcome, but there are steps in the Meadow Madness activity so is not wheelchair/pushchair accessible.

Tickets are free of charge: one ticket per child (accompanying adults do not require a ticket)
