Discover some of the biggest plays brought to the big screen from National Theatre Live at Norden Farm Centre for the Arts this summer. Tickets are £17.

Bryan Cranston and Marianne Jean-Baptiste star in a five-star production of Arthur Miller’s classic play with National Theatre Live: All My Sons. Screening on Saturday 2 May at 1.30pm and Saturday 9 May at 2pm.

One family, the heart of the American dream. When wartime delivers profits for Joe, it comes at a price when his partner is charged with criminal manufacturing deals and his eldest son goes missing in action. Will peacetime bring peace of mind, or will he be confronted by the consequence of his actions? From visionary director Ivo Van Hove (A View from the Bridge).

Nicola Coughlan joins Éanna Hardwicke and Siobhán McSweeney in John Millington Synge’s riveting play of youth and self-discovery. National Theatre Live: The Playboy of the Western World is on Thursday 28 May at 7.30pm, Friday 29 May at 2pm and Saturday 30 May at 8pm.

Pegeen Flaherty’s life is turned upside down when a young man walks into her pub claiming that he’s killed his father. Instead of being shunned, the killer becomes a local hero and begins to win hearts, that is until a second man unexpectedly arrives on the scene. Filmed live on stage at The National Theatre, Caitriona McLaughlin directs this darkly funny tale full to the brim with secrets.

National Theatre Live: Les Liaisons Dangereuses is on Thursday 25 June at 7.30pm and on Friday 26 June at 2pm.

BAFTA Award-winner Lesley Manville joins Aidan Turner in a striking new staging of Christopher Hampton’s celebrated adaptation of the classic novel, where among the glittering salons of the super-rich, one misstep can mean ruin.

Marquise de Merteuil is a master in the art of survival. Alongside the magnetic Vicomte de Valmont, they turn seduction into strategy and weaponise desire. But when their alliance collapses into rivalry, the battle between them threatens to destroy everyone in their path.

Marianne Elliott (Angels in America) directs this thrilling game of love, lies and social warfare.

See these titles on Norden Farm’s huge Courtyard Theatre cinema screen this summer. With free parking onsite and a Café Bar with an outdoor terrace, serving food, drinks and snacks.
