The Eton Action Fair is Eton College's largest charity fundraising event of the year.
Each September, Eton College’s grounds are transformed into a charity fair. All funds raised are donated to charities voted for by the students each year. Last year, in respect of this period of national mourning, after the sad death of Her Majesty the Queen, the Eton Action Fair was postponed. The new date for the Eton Action Fair is Saturday 18 March 2023.
Games, stalls and performances are organised by Eton's students and staff to raise money for charities supported by Eton Action (an independent charity conceived of and founded by Etonians to promote charitable activity and social responsibility).
Now approaching its 50th year, the fair draws thousands of visitors from Slough, Windsor and Maidenhead, as well as parents and friends of Eton College and raises large sums of money for a wide range of charitable causes.
This year's action charities are:
Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust
BBOWT have a bold vision of a wilder Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire, with more nature everywhere – for everyone – in towns and rural areas.
