First off, Amber Francis, 2025 Great British Menu Champion of Champions, joins Danesfield's Executive Chef Matthew Edmonds for a one-night-only dining experience on 30 May 2025.

Together, they will present a bespoke six-course tasting menu celebrating the finest seasonal and locally sourced ingredients — with highlights including vibrant tomatoes with ricotta, halibut, Aurox hogget, and a dessert inspired by Amber’s award-winning dish.

This exclusive event promises a unique celebration of modern British cuisine and culinary artistry.

Enjoy a welcome glass of bubbles followed by a delicious six-course tasting menu, with the option to add paired wines.

On 15 August, Michelin-starred Paul Welburn will bring his signature flair to Danesfield’s kitchen, followed by MasterChef winner Steven Edwards of Etch. Brighton, who’s set to dazzle the taste buds on 16th October.
