A summer of celebratory concerts at Norden Farm
The third of four celebratory concerts performed between July and September. Summer Recital Series – Diana Cooper (piano) is at Norden Farm Centre for the Arts on Wednesday 14 August at 7.30pm. Tickets are £18. In association with the Kirckman Concerts.
The French-born pianist Diana Cooper studied in Paris and in London at the Royal College of Music. She is a laureate of many international competitions and is particularly noted for her Chopin playing. Chopin is the focus for this recital with a sequence of famous works, framed by a Mozart sonata and some dazzling Ravel.

Diana Cooper has been invited to perform in various venues and festivals in France and abroad, including the Nohant Chopin Festival and the Ysaye Festival in Belgium.
Diana was born to a French-Spanish mother and a British father. She began studying piano at the Tarbes Conservatoire with Jean-Paul Cristille. His teaching and support had a major impact on her musical development. She made her first solo recital at the age of 9.
Passionate about classical music from her earliest age, it is on stage that Diana Cooper attains artistic fulfilment.
