Step outside your usual favourites and discover the flavours of the Berkshire countryside with A Taste of Game, a special evening at The Braywood in partnership with local supplier Vicars Game.
Using carefully sourced wild game from local estates, Head Chef Sam Brennan has created a set menu celebrating partridge, pheasant, wood pigeon and venison, with dishes designed to take guests from lighter, more delicate flavours through to richer, more distinctive tastes.
Whether you already love game or have always been curious to try it, the evening offers an approachable way to experience something a little outside the ordinary. An optional wine pairing, selected by Head Sommelier Jacopo Maroni, will also be available.
Cost: Two courses £38 or three courses £45. Optional wine pairing available at an additional £35pp.
