Why not take this day just for yourself and have some real 'me time'. Not only will you be learning lots of great tips but it will also be a gorgeous day at a beautiful venue with other lovely Ginger Fig Club ladies – go on treat yourself!
Join us for the day with lots of tips from a variety of speakers on how to embrace the ageing process and the fact that it is never too early or late to start! We are really looking forward to this interactive and informative day during which there will be lots of opportunities for questions and discussions.
The day will start with coffee and pastries whilst everyone arrives and there will be lots of breaks with refreshments and a buffet lunch is also included.
