Discover the opening chapter of an extraordinary new wine series at The Fat Duck, celebrating the expressive depth and diversity of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This exclusive experience highlights how these iconic grape varieties reveal their character through both terroir and texture.
Join us for the inaugural event in this limited series of immersive wine afternoons, where you’ll savour rare and exceptional bottles from The Fat Duck’s renowned cellar. Each wine will be expertly paired with some of Heston Blumenthal’s most legendary and rarely served dishes including signature creations such as Snail Porridge, Best End of Lamb and B.S.T. (Blumenthal’s Summer Time).
Your afternoon begins in sparkling style with a guided Champagne tasting hosted in partnership with Delamotte. You will then enjoy a bespoke four‑course Fat Duck menu, featuring modern classics that showcase Heston’s pioneering culinary approach.
Guests are warmly invited to arrive at 12:30pm, with the experience commencing at 1:00pm. The afternoon concludes at 4:00pm.
Price: £650 per guest, including the tasting menu, wine pairings, tea & coffee, and service charge.
