For one special week, Caldesi in Campagna is celebrating one of Italy's most treasured ingredients – the tomato.
Working with organic heritage local tomatoes from Waltham Place Farm and the Cirio’s rustic passata from farms in Italy, Head Chef Gregorio Piazza and the Caldesi team have created a menu inspired by the seasonal flavours of Tuscany and Amalfi.
Begin with one of Giuseppe's tomato cocktails, enjoy a menu showcasing tomatoes at the height of their season, then finish with Jo's nostalgic Knickerbocker Glory, reimagined with an unexpected tomato twist. It's a delicious celebration of late summer and an opportunity to enjoy tomatoes as you've never tasted them before.
Available 2nd - 6th September, lunch and dinner.
