The Savill Garden Kitchen celebrates its Farm to Fork Menu, highlighting the exceptional produce grown, reared and crafted across Windsor Great Park, Windsor Farms and the surrounding countryside.
Set within the heart of Windsor Great Park, The Savill Garden Kitchen champions seasonal ingredients from Windsor Farms and a network of local tenanted farms and artisan producers. From pedigree Sussex beef and Windsor Great Park venison to locally brewed ales, the Farm to Fork Menu brings the flavours of the local landscape to every plate, offering visitors a dining experience rooted in provenance, seasonality and sustainability.
As part of The Crown Estate, Windsor Farms follows a mixed farming approach, producing high-quality livestock and crops alongside trusted local partners. Together they provide fresh, seasonal ingredients that are showcased throughout the menus at The Savill Garden Kitchen and The Gallery Café.
The Farm to Fork Menu celebrates the very best of the region, including:
• Venison Croquettes made with slow-cooked Windsor Great Park venison and Nettlebed Witheridge cheese.
• Bagshot Park Lamb Salad, served with charred aubergine, sour cherry harissa, cool labneh and mint dressing.
• Windsor Farms Royal Sussex Beef Burger, using beef from the pedigree British herd established by Queen Elizabeth II and reared on Windsor Farms.
• Flame-Grilled Pork Chop, showcasing Windsor Great Park pork served with seasonal vegetables and lovage pesto.
• Fish and Chips, featuring North Atlantic haddock in a batter made with Windsor Farm Shop English Pale Ale, brewed by Windsor & Eton Brewery using Windsor-grown Laureate barley.
Alongside the menu, guests can enjoy a carefully curated selection of local drinks, from Windsor Farm Shop Pale Ale and Sandringham Apple Juice to signature Pimm's made with Windsor Great Park Gin, alongside English sparkling wines, including Windsor Great Park Sparkling Wine.
The Farm to Fork Menu evolves throughout the year, making the most of fresh British produce while celebrating the farms, growers and makers that help shape the unique food story of Windsor Great Park.
Reflecting its commitment to sustainability, The Savill Garden Kitchen also participates in the Foodprint initiative, allowing guests to view the carbon and water footprint of each dish via a simple QR code on the menu.
Ben Warner, Founder of Benugo, said: "We're incredibly fortunate to work with such exceptional produce on our doorstep. Our Farm to Fork Menu is inspired by the changing seasons and the outstanding ingredients grown and reared across Windsor Farms and by our local producer partners, allowing us to create dishes that are fresh, flavourful and rooted in a real sense of place."
