Get ready for an irresistibly charming homage to the magnificent horses of the circus and silent movie era. Chevalier: Hobbyhorse Circus is at Norden Farm Centre for the Arts on Tuesday 17 February at 2pm. Age guidance 4+ years.
Drawing inspiration from the history of traditional horse circuses, Kalle Lehtto’s ringmaster performs acrobats, juggling and balancing with an amazing cast of hobby horses. Kalle’s playful work with the hobby horses, natural comedic sense and the fluid movement of a breakdancer bring the magic of circus alive.
Sisters Snow White and Rose Red were brought up by their hardworking mother to be kind, caring and forest fluent… if sometimes a little over enthusiastic in their deeds! When their quiet life is interrupted by a friendly bear, a new chapter begins. Snow White Rose Red Bear Brown is on Wednesday 18 and Thursday 19 February at 11.30am and 2pm. Age guidance 4+ years.
Questions will be untangled in this new fabulous family friendly show from the Woods of Widdershins - using puppets, storytelling, original music and a fantastical fairytale forest.
Zootropolis 2 (PG) is screening on Wednesday 18 and Thursday 19 February at 11am. Rookie cops Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde find themselves on the twisting trail of a great mystery when Gary De’Snake arrives in Zootropolis - turning the animal metropolis upside down.

In this comedic reimagining of Marty’s time-travelling escapades in Back To The Future, the celebrated cinematic trilogy is turned on its head. Now told from the perspective of Biff Tannen - the bully audiences love to hate.
Telling the epic adventure of Michael, a young boy who sets off with his family on a sailing trip of a lifetime, Kensuke’s Kingdom (PG) is screening on Friday 20 and Saturday 21 February at 11am. When a violent storm erupts, Michael and his dog Stella are swept overboard. Washing up on a remote island, Michael soon discovers he is not alone.
A fun and interactive invitation to explore the secret world beneath our feet. The Great Big Bug Show is on Saturday 21 February at 11.30am and 2pm. Age guidance 4+ years.
Which beetle has a blaster on its bottom? Which minibeast is barely the size of a full stop? Which eight-legged hunter has fangs as big as a cheetah’s claws? Join local poet Simon Mole and musician Gecko for a family show full of poems, raps and songs all about your favourite bugs (and some you haven’t heard of yet!).
Plus, you can get creative at Arts and Crafts Sessions on Tuesday 17 and Friday 20 February at 1.30pm. Tickets are £6 per participant. Sessions are 45 minutes and are suitable for ages 3 - 8 years.
