About

The Spectacular Annual Chinese/Lunar New Year Lion Dance Parade event, hosted by the Eagle Claw Kung Fu School UK, will take place on Saturday the 21st of Feb 2026.

Mark the Year of the Fire Horse as lions truly come alive on Peascod Street at 1500. The Lion Dance is traditionally performed to bring prosperity and good luck for the coming year.

Come along and see the five lions, Chinese God of Wealth, the Big Happy Buddah, large flags and banners fluttering in the wind, kids with mini dragons, two large 11ft twirling Dragon ribbons, drummers, musicians and more.

Each year the event sees crowds flocking to attend both the Windsor and Maidenhead location and is a well loved event in the annual calender.

You can be sure of a great welcome to the Chinese/Lunar New Year of the Fire Horse 2026.

Special thanks to our sponsors: Louis Baylis Charitable Trust, Goyals, Printique, My Royal Borough and supportors Make Maidenhead, RBWM, Windsor Town Partnership.
