A beautiful musical pairing of international star vocalist Debby Bracknell and melodic trumpet maestro Stuart Henderson. Tonight singing and playing a selection of favourite jazz.
Debby Bracknell has travelled the world singing for top artists such as Mariah Carey, Ariana Grande, Lionel Richie, Shakatak and Mica Paris, at prestigious venues including 606 Club London, Wembley and 02 Arenas, The Royal Albert Hall, Blue Note Japan, Pizza Express Jazz Clubs, as well as festivals in Germany, South Africa, Lithuania and Russia.
From 1983 - 2005, Stuart Henderson was principal trumpet of The Scots Guards Band, in Her Majesty's Household Division. Since leaving the services Stuart has become one of the country's finest jazz musicians. He leads various small groups and is musical director of the Remix Jazz Orchestra, playing at jazz festivals including Edinburgh, Glasgow and Brecon. Recording credits include collaborations with Tongues of Fire, Macnas and Mark Anderson "Dark Spark". His commercial work includes the Rebecca Poole quartet, the String of Pearls, Joe Loss, The Showbiz Pops Orchestra and Nick Heyward.
Windsor Jazz Club is a monthly jazz club night, every third Sunday, in the relaxing and atmospheric Hope live music bar on Alma Road in Windsor. The club brings new artists to the town, playing a mixture of well-loved jazz standards and original compositions. The evening starts at 8pm (doors at 7:30) and presents an hour and a half of live music with an interval halfway. The music finishes by 10pm and the venue is open until 11pm for socialising. Come along to meet other lovers of live music, jazz followers, aficionados and musicians. The bar is well stocked with a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, juices, hot drinks and snacks. We look forward to meeting you.
